Beauty comes from within and we are all born with a capacity for beauty on every level. But in order to experience it, we first have to accept ourselves.
As we become comfortable in our own skin, our inner beauty begins to shine heightening our external beauty.
Inner beauty cannot be surgically altered or transformed by makeup or a new fad diet, nor by the latest fashion trend.
Real beauty comes from liking yourself, from feeling strong and healthy and from knowing what is beautiful in everyone around you.
True inner beauty does not fade, it only gets better with time.
