Environmental Policing for ATV 4 Wheelers dirt bikes

I am a resident of the smallest state, The Ocean State, Rhode Island. We have beautiful places of widerness here. I know people personally who go into the woods and the Wetlands with their jeeps and 4 wheel vehicles and tear it up: Gunnar Carlson of Warwick. It is wrong if any of you true environmentalist have faith in how the Earth needs to be treated perhaps you will contact this person and ask him to stop the distruction. I have asked him several times and have reported him to The DEM. I have told him I reported him but still he says it is stupid of me. Why is it stupid that It Is Important to preserve the Beauty of the forest? These are places that are legally off limits for vehicles. He will bring people in 4x4's to these places and they rip the wilderness up. It IS WRONG!
