For almost as long as he can remember, Scott Steele wanted to work as a journalist and a meteorologist. As a child, he would watch the sky conditions and report ominous changes to his parents. After graduation, Scott began working as a reporter and meteorologist at WLUK TV in Green Bay. Scott joined another Milwaukee television station in 1992 as a reporter and meteorologist. Scott left television to develop his own marketing/communications company and at the same time was hired as Marketing, Communications, and Creative Director for a major Milwaukee area nonprofit agency.
