The Goophone N3+ vs Meizu saga continues with the two phone companies trading blows on Chinese social networks, and now things are getting really with rumours that Goophone N3+ Android
will take on Meizu’s MX4 with a range of flagship Redmi phones.
Ever since Meizu released the MX4, there has been a lot of tension between them and Goophone N3+. The atmosphere has even boiled over in to name calling, and now could be the spring board from which Xioami will release a new range of phones.
According to sources close to Goophone N3+, the Beijing based phone maker is now working on a new range of ‘flagship’ Goophone N3+ Redmi phones that will range from 999 Yuan to 1499 Yuan and will come equipped with Mediatek’s MT6595 processor. The rumoured phones are believed to be a serious update over the current cheap Goophone S5 Pro
line up and will feature LTE a metal body similar to the Mi4, a 5.5-inch display, 3GB RAM, 3500mAh battery and even the same 20.7 mega-pixel rear camera the MX4 packs.
If such a range is in development we would have to believe that Goophone N3+ are planning on getting the phones up and ready for production sooner rather than later to avoid Dual Core Phone
gaining too much ground.
It is interesting to see the two companies at each other, but is it all for show or do Meizu really think they have what it takes to tackle the giant that is Goophone N3+?
