Happiness

When you say, “I want to be happy,” what does that mean to you?

What is happiness? When I’m not caught in the hooks of tomorrow, nor being tormented by the past, when I’m lost and found in that one singularity in the moment called now where I experience passion without having to every define “for what.”

When I am in love and I am filled with love, but I don’t know the lover’s name, when I understand but I don’t know what it is that I have understood, when I have an answer in my lap but I don’t know what question it belongs to, when I am full, when I am full and I don’t know what it is that fills me, and I don’t care because I have no time. I am enveloped, swallowed whole by that moment called “now”.

Comment by Debra Silver on January 25, 2009 at 11:24am: The now is that moment extended through multitude breaths when the world around ceases to exist and all of your being is focussed in that bliss of creation...in whatever form, in whatever time, with whatever is at hand...or whoever is at hand...when there is no hunger and no cold...no sense of body at times...and there are many such moments to be had... when even in times of loss...there can be moments when sadness though not replaced by joy - merely slips sideways to let the rhythm in. A text of mine:

Time I come back hoping that the revelation will inspire me to live each moment as the Divine Being who I am.

And yesterday came:

What is not love never existed.

Are mere illusions built separate from the mind of God.

And looking with eyes that He gave us,

We can see the hidden truth that all illusion.

We are Divine Children of God, the Creator.

And there is nothing more nor power, nor there.

If something makes us feel pain, anger, fear or anxiety, is not real,
God does not think so.

So fade the dreams and wake up the heart.

Only Love is Real and other Ilusión.
