There is a fundamental truth that becomes self-evident as we grow spiritually: we are all connected. The Law of One states that when we help others, we heal ourselves. Helping another becomes a form of self-love as well as an expression of outward love. These acts have an impact not only on those directly involved, but produce a ripple outward that advances each and every one of us as well.
