One of the keys to living in the present moment is to learn how to fill each moment. The key to this is to learn to let our thoughts flow like water. Water adapts and molds itself to any space without fear or guilt, and without changing its basic nature. A fluid attitude connects us with the principle of mindfulness and makes us conscious of the necessity of allowing change to occur without losing contact with the essential qualities of who we are.
