The more we learn how to love and accept ourselves, the more pleasurable we will find life. When we liberate ourselves from the necessity to please others simply for their approval, pleasure manifests more readily. It becomes evident in every gesture and act when we recognize the love and respect we feel for both ourselves and for others. Today, take a moment to just be.
