I Cannot

I cannot quit today, I am sorry for your pain.
There is far too much to do, our world
needs love and peace it's true.
No I cannot quit today, I am sorry for your pain
I need to speak some more until the change to our world restores
mankind to a place of harmony and peace, until
with out hearts and hands we cease to be
what tares this world into the shreds
In the books of tomorrow that will be read
I want to leave this earth one ounce better than I
found it, I want my children to walk and live, sing and dance in
harmony and peace. I want the grasses to flourish
and I want the creatures of the oceans to survive.
I want justice for the wildlife, protection for the trees
and I want peace.
So no my friends, my sisters and my brothers, I cannot,
will not stop today, there is much to be said, done, much
to lead the way...
