I once thought I could go it alone,
Embrace the things of this world, find my way home.
Exhausted and anxious I came to this place,
Upon the precipice of the Void I arrived in my haste,
Out from under the weight I once embraced.
Extracting the existential spikes of pleasure and pain,
Ending the cycle of short circuit in my brain.
Letting go of all that I once grasped,
The anxious monotony of lusting for the crass.
Stabilizing my mind I took the leap,
Into the chasm of intense light so dark and so deep.
Through the skin of my soul the rays did seep,
Into the innermost part of my heart it did pass.
Shinning the mirror so muddied with sin,
It began to glow this treasure within.
The spark once planted with water and love,
Now to the heavens flies like a dove.
A fire so intense and love so pure,
It cleanses my essence and it shines even more.
A contribution by us must be made to this union,
Through dis-passion the soul will illumine.
Uncreated energy white light from above,
Humble before Him we stand in His love.
