Ipeace Etiquette 101

Hey everyone!
Although I have been on ipeace for a couple of months now, but I have not had a lot of time to update/upgrade my Ipeace page.
I noticed that I received a lot of emails from Ipeace, and my inbox has been getting completely filled with them (I am talking almost thousands of e-mails from Ipeace! ).
I love ipeace very dearly, but I wanted to know if there is an option where I can stop receiving e-mail notifications?
If someone could please tell me, that would be great!

You go into each and every group, blog or discussion, in the upper and left of the right corner-box you find a tiny little envelope with a red x on, and if it says "Stopp following" then push on!!!!! Then you go up in the corner-box - press on settings, press on "Emails" up to left, and you read exactly the following qu's. Choose the x'es you want, scroll down and press save (if you forget it will not work) - and then .....smile and relax:):):) Have a nice week-end...
