Without warning, Nintendo has decided to indefinitely suspend mail service online for your portable 3DS, also known as Nintendo Letter Box, due to misuse that was doing the same by minors.
"Nintendo has found that some FIFA 14 Ultimate Team Coins consumers, including children, have been exchanging friend codes on Internet forums and have been using Nintendo Letter Box to share offensive material," reads the official statement released by the company in North America.
From the Big N said they have " been investigating how to prevent these events ", but eventually decided that "the best is to stop the SpotPass feature on Nintendo Letter Box because it allows the direct exchange of photos and has been actively used negatively."
Thanks to this application, it was possible to send handwritten www.coinsut.co.uk notes and pictures to contacts that we had previously established with Nintendo 3DS. However, many children have posted their friend code on the Internet, which is something that Nintendo itself says not to do, has caused this situation.
