Tonight I broke my open-mic virginity, exciting! This is what I read.

My jasmine sits burning in my cup
feel stinging on my hand,
my tongue when Im not quite sure

All my old habits are still in play
no matter how less illegal it is
they are still the same old habits
same and similiar fears.

But don't take it personally, because Ive never loved before.
I've only tried a little and gave up when the rush was up.
