Peter Andre and Emily MacDonagh's wedding: First glimpse of gorgeous dress

The newlyweds look glowing after tying the knot in a stunning ceremony which was planned in just SIX WEEKS.

Peter Andre has already revealed he was reduced to tears by his gorgeous bride Emily MacDonagh on their wedding day - and now we can see why.

The first pictures of the stunning newlyweds have been released as they opened up about their "perfect day" in a glossy spread for OK! magazine.

Peter and Emily tied the knot surrounded by their nearest and dearest at Mamhead House in Exeter on Saturday.

The trained doctor opted for a white gown with a lace overlay - similar to that worn by Kate Middleton - as she tied the knot with the Mysterious Girl singer in an intimate ceremony planned in just SIX WEEKS.

The couple were originally due to tie the knot next year but brought their nuptials forward after Peter's father, who lives in Australia, suffered a health scare.

Peter, 42, told the mag: "My dad has had a health scare, which worried us all quite badly. We were worried that if we did it next year he wouldn't be able to fly. Plus Ems always wanted it this year!"

Emily, 25, was keen to shut down speculation the decision to bring the date forward had been made because she is expecting another child. The couple already have an 18-month-old daughter called Amelia.

She said: "I'm sure everyone is going to think I'm pregnant - I'm not! Even my friends ask me. I always wanted to get married this year, so I'm so happy, although Pete could have given me a bit more warning!"

Peter admitted he wanted to start trying for another child "straight away" while Emily said commitments with work may mean she chose to wait another year.

Dark-haired hunk Peter, who was previously married to ex glamour model Katie Price, opted for a smart navy blue suit, matching waistcoat, white shirt and blue tie for the ceremony.

The singer admitted he was overcome with emotion at the sight of trained doctor Emily, together with his children Junior, 10, Princess, eight, and 18-month Amelia.

It is thought Princess was a flower girl while Junior took the duties of being a pageboy.

Peter said: "First seeing my son Junior walk down the aisle, followed by Bista [Princess] and Mills [Amelia] and then Emily - it was just too much!

"Seeing Emily for the first time in her dress was incredible - she took my breath away. She's the most beautiful bride I've ever seen - I couldn't help but well up!"

He added Emily was "the most beautiful girl in the world, who is also my best friend" and said he had a "soulmate for life".

The pair first met in 2010 when Peter was treated for painful kidney stones by Emily's father. They became an item despite the 16-year age gap and Peter proposed a few days before Emily gave birth to their little girl.
