HI,this is a poem I wrote...it is about our world as it is right now.( and peace)

NO CONFLICT HERE

As the scrub fires burn,
Zimbabweans cholera is scorned,
Madgasar fights as
Sri Lanka's conflict teems

No war can be won
Nor can peace be fought
Israel and Palestine
Hide a tearful embrace

Evolution turns as
The moon shines down
Full here
As the sun rises there
For today we be thankful
Of the life we have
Of the kindness we can bring

Whether it s a frozen lake
Melting ice, in a cool winter spring
Or a warm rain
On a dry desert sand

In China there's droughts
As Antarctica melts
Australians scrub is
Up in flames

The fires burn
Deep in our soul
The Amazon wilts
As each saw cuts

Nigerian water boys
Distribute water
For 2 cents a day
There's no conflict here
Not on this earth

Women's pay is 40 per cent less
The youngest female divorcee
Is only ten
Greed will be outed
As the world finds charm

There's no conflict here
We could make it that way.
