Greetings Sage, I visited the Hopis several times and was adopted in Hotevilla by the coyote clan. I have been transmitting their propĥetic teachings for a quarter of a century. They say indeed that through our actions we can change the course of events and ease up the upcoming destruction. The Great Purification will be brought by two fires: the fire of destruction and the fire of consciousness. The consequences will depend on what fire we choose to feed as individuals and as a whole. If destruction comes down on us it will be caused by our actions and we won't be able to blame Creator for it. The world and humankind have gone through three previous such massive destructions. What's coming is considered a purification to allow us to enter into the fifth world. Materialism or the way of life out of balance called "koyanisqatsi" leads to "powaqatsi", a way of life based on exploitation, which is eventually leading to "naqoyqatsi", a way of life based on violence. If we look at the general militarist orientation of governments and states, we can see that this way of life has taken over many. But it can't be sustainable and it is meant to self-destruct and disappear shortly. After the Purification, only "hopikatsi" the peaceful way of life will remain. Hopi means peaceful but also living simply, humbly, spiritually and in accordance with the plan of Creation.
