The application of ADAMS in the optimization design of the quarry crusher

quarry crusher is one of the main equipments of mine production, construction materials processing and polymer chemical production. It is widely used in the production and processing of all kinds of metal and nonmetal mines, chemical minerals, cement, building materials and other materials. In recent years, with the development of mining production and building materials processing, some new theories are proposed, which can be obtained by the user to be able to get more fine granularity and better block size in the crushing stage. In addition, with the emergence of the phenomenon of global mineral depleted, maintain or increase the of all kinds of metallic and non-metallic mineral production, processing ore quantity requirements will increase greatly, which of crushing equipment put forward higher requirements, is also facing greater challenges. No doubt, the current backward quarry machine can not bear the new period of production tasks, we must develop high performance, low energy consumption of new quarry crusher.
From the late last century, the computer simulation technology was used to optimize the mechanism, cavity, output and wear. The new type of high performance, low energy consumption, high performance, low energy consumption, high performance and low energy consumption, which greatly improved the performance of the quarry crusher, shortened the product development cycle. However, the research on the optimization design of the quarry crusher is mainly limited to the specific model of the quarry crusher to optimize the design, these procedures are mostly poor reusability, can only solve specific problems in the specific model. However, the optimization of the quarry crusher is based on the requirements of different customers, and so the simulation optimization design work often to repeat a large number of difficult and complex to lock the writing process, and time-consuming, but also to extend the product development cycle. In this paper, we try to use advanced kinematic and dynamic simulation and design tools to develop a new type of quarry crusher, and optimize the design parameters of the mechanism, thus greatly reducing the workload of the simulation design, shorten the product development cycle, improve the simulation model of heavy use rate. In this paper, the kinematics and dynamics simulation of advanced optimization design software ADAMS of the new compound pendulum crushing machine design for simulation and optimization, the main task is optimized crushing machine, a discharging hopper horizontal and vertical travel and travel characteristic coefficient, so as to improve the crushing machine processing capacity, reduce the crushing weight of the machine, enhance the quarry crusher structure strength, reduce the crushing machine lining board wear, thus greatly improve the quarry crusher performance.
