1.The stander beats seriously

Reasons:The anchor bolt is loose or broken, the balancing weight of the flying grooved wheel weight deviates, the host foundation is not solid, and it is not equipped with the isolation measures.

Solutions:Tighten the anchor bolts or replace the cracked bolts with a wrench, remove the cover plate at the end of the fly slot wheel shaft , loosen the tight bolts, adjust the position of the fly slot wheel , and then tighten the bolts of the fly slot wheel cover.Strengthen the host basis, put the pador or rubber band between the machine and the ground.

2.There are severe vibrations in the machine

Reasons:The fixing screw of the side plate or the toothed plate in the crushing cavity is loose,the discharge port is too small, the bottoms of the two jaw plates crash each other ,or the spring crushes other ones.

Solutions:Fasten or replace the screw of the side plate or the toothed plate in the crushing cavity ,adjust the discharge port to ensure the accurate clearance between the two jaw plates, install the spring plate accurately and tighten the lever nut to the proper location.

3.The bearing temperature is too high

Reasons:The lubricating grease is insufficient or dirt,the bearing clearance is not suitable ,the bearing contact is not good,or it is damaged.

Solutions: Add the suitable amount of the lubricating grease.After cleaning the bearing ,replace the lubricating grease, adjust the looseness of the bearing , repair or replace it.
