The Future

The future is filled with questions. But who has the answers? Me? You? We do!! All of us as the "grand collective" hold that golden key to our own happiness and well-being. If we smile and believe in it, it will be what we believe it to be. If we count till 6 before we open ourselves to making mistakes, by the time we reach 7, our wrongs will be undone and forgiven by all. We must learn to forgive ourselves, though, before we can learn to forgive others. As Habib A Zahri said "A little bowl of soup is better than a large bowl of sand". We is oui and I is aye - everything in the end, in all languages, is "yes". I make it a point of saying 5 "yesses" for every "no" daily. I actually count them, and sometimes I can say "yes" more than 200 hundred times a day.
I say yes to peace, the future, truth and daring.
