Coin selling requires the ability to find a specific card on the market. There are 4 possible steps in order to make the market as obscure as possible.
Step 1: remove club names from cards on the transfer market. this is suggested a lot but people always mention that you could list a card for an obscure price and find that. so for the next steps

Step 2: Whenever someone lists a card worth more then 10X worth it's lowest BIN, EA lists a dummy card for the same price. If EA could do this, coin selling would be DONE, and step 3 and 4 would be unneeded. If EA can't do this, then they can do steps 3 and 4. Edit: Upon further thought, EA should just no allow listings for players 10X over the lowest BIN.

Step 3: make it so you can only bid with numbers that have 2 significant figures, and the last digit must be 0 or 5. so you could bid at 900, 950, 9000, 9500, 50000, 55000, ect. This would make it harder to list cards at obscure numbers. If that isn't enough, make it so you can only bid to 1 significant figure. "But wait, this ruins trading!" you know what ruins trading? coin selling.

Step 4: Cap non rare bronze cards at 10k, non rare silvers at 15k, and non rare golds at 20k. Cap rare bronze cards at 50k, rare silvers at 100k, and rare golds at 15 million. if people have to list rare gold cards to buy Fifa 16 coins, It means their cards are more likely to overlap with other people listing rare gold cards at weird prices, and there are plenty of weirdos doing this already.

If a dummy card is purchased, does this mean the other cards stay listed on the market, essentially duplicating the card? And if the cards are removed from the market once the dummy card was bought, does that mean the original lister is not given their card back? Also, bids could greatly affect this.
Some scenarios that may occur:

Suppose I am purchasing coins. I attempt to list Bronze player with a 500,000 coin BIN. Fifa recognizes this as 10x over the average price and puts 3 more of the same Bronze player on the market with 500,000 BINs. The coinseller takes a gamble and buys one. It's a dummy card. Does he receive the card, do I receive my card back? Also, are these cards placed on the market at the exact same time?

I am purchasing cheap Fifa 16 coins again. I have realized Fifa's new strategy. I list a bronze player with a 150 starting bid and a 500,000 BIN. Fifa recognizes the 10x average BIN and places 3 more of the same card on the market, with the same BIN. However, this time I go onto another account and place different low amount bids on each of the cards that were listed, we'll just say 200, 250, 300, and 350.

I then go back to my original account, look at my transfer list, and notice that my listed card has a bid for 300 coins. I tell the coinseller to buy the one with a 300 coin bid and the transaction is completed.

Edit: as disdane pointed out, the coin buyer does not even need another account. just bid on the ones he can see, and the one w/o a bid is the one for the coinseller to buy.
