The View from a Clod

The year is drawing to a close. Time to bring closure to things left undone. Time to give thanks for all the blessings that have come my way. Also, a time to give. And give some more. The gift of time, a smile, a hug. Giving need not be monetary, but giving should always come from the heart.
Easy to give when recipients are willing. Not so easy to give to those who cannot see the kindness. Look beyond their sorrow, their anger and anguish. Never be afraid to give. Even if it's only a kind word. It can make a difference.
May the coming year bring more opportunities for peace than ever before.
