Thoughts are Things
Have you ever walked into a room full of laughing, happy people and felt energized and lighter?
Have you ever walked into a room full of people arguing with threatening voices and felt tense and heavy-hearted?
These are reactions we feel from the vibrations of a room full of concentrated thoughts and emotions. Our thoughts create an energy which filters to everything around them through vibrations... our emotions.
When you are angry or sad, can your dog sense it?
Animals are very sensitive to these vibrations... even plants grow better when talked to... it was proven!
We are all made up of energy. Our DNA is energy, our atoms are energy... everything on this Earth is made up of atoms and energy! Everything beyond this Earth is made up of energy!
With this connection we are one... we are energy, we are lifeforce energy.
We have a choice ... because we have free will we can choose how our energy reacts to other energy. We can choose how our energy emerges from us with our thoughts and emotions. We can look within and change how we think and disgard fear-based thoughts that create the negativity within ourselves....We have that choice, we have that free will.
When you feel bad, sad, angry or any other negative emotion, realize that they either all come from your fear or from the vibrations of the people around you. When you know where the thought originates you can change your perspective and see from a new vantage point. You can see that you have a choice to accept it as your own or disgard it.
Look from the eyes of fear and all you will see is the negative emotions caused by fear... anger, resentment, pain...
Look from the eyes of love and you will see the entire picture... you will see with love that those negative emotions are caused from fear. You will see love and beauty within all that you see. You will no longer take the fear-based emotions of yourself or others personally and you will feel free.
You create the world that you live in with your own thoughts.
Thoughts are the vibrations of your energetic lifeforce, the basis of your emotions, your intent.
Negative thoughts reside in a low vibration not allowing you to see the entire picture of life. See from the higher love vibrations and you will see all that you are meant to see and that view will infinitely grow as does your love.
