Two key stadiums  fifa 14 coins are still not finished, Fifa Secretary General Jerome Valcke revealed.

One of them is hosting the opening game on June 12.

Valcke said: “If you want me to summarise, we are not ready.

"We have two stadiums where there is still work to do.”

But Valcke claimed that despite the problems in Sao Paulo and ­Porto Alegre there is “no way” that fixtures will be delayed.

A construction worker fell to his death last week at Sao Paulo’s ­Arena Corinthians, which is due to host the opening match between Brazil and Croatia.

He is the third to die since work started on the £218million 65,000- capacity stadium in 2011.

At Porto Alegre, the mayor said the city may drop out if additional funding is not found to build facilities for media, sponsors and fans.

But Valcke said: “An agreement was made to make sure the temporary facilities would be financed, so it is now more the implementation of these decisions.
