Consume a little dairy before heading to bed. The little increase of calories will prevent the body from looking at muscle for power as you sleep, which will slow your improvement of building larger muscle tissues. Have your dairy with a little bit of cereal, or consider yogurt or cottage cheese with fresh fruit.
