What kind of change will you make today?

What is the change I wish to see in the world?

I want peace to be acomplished and the begining of that change starts with looking within ourselves and finding our inner stillness. In that stillness is infanate possibilities are available to us at any point in the day by focusing on one positive thought at a time we can start to change our inner world which will reflect into our outter worlds clarity. Peace comes I think by loving each other In a Non jugmental view of ourselves and others.

How can we be an Influence on the world today?

With one small action of kindness we can uplift one another into a state of bliss by praying for positive change and by doing random acts of kindness for each other or even for the environment.

An example of this is pray for healing and that the next right action to be taken as a whole world community. We all matter to some one and for this everyone is a small reflection of ourselves its finding out, Why and what lesson they have to offer us in this reflection that it is important to be non judgmental of others.If you think about it your just judging a reflection of yourself when you judge some one else harshly just doesn't make sense and could erase alot of isams in life . So be kind to yourself and others in all ways and by doing this you love not only yourself but others by empowering yourself respect and compassion for all.

Another example read to children wonderful stories or sit down with a children and bring to them the gift of your time together by reading a book , making a game out of asking them questions about there day. just by taking the time in a child's life will not only bring a smile to your face but will let them know how important they are to yourself , your family ,and everyone's future.

Also take time to spend time with the elderly they are able to impart great wisdom and can bring history to life with there experiences of there own lives.
