WHEN ON DISABILITY HOW CAN YOU GET A LAWYER TO REPRESENT YOU WHEN THEY ARE AFRAID TO BITE THE HAND THAT FEEDS THEM BECAUSE THEY ARE LEGAL AID LAWYERS, AND PRO BONO LAWYERS DON'T HAVE THE FUNDING

Can anyone help I live in a country that is supposed to promote democracy and human rights, however as an immigrant in this country I find myself discriminated against, I have a massive Charter of rights case and as a person suffering with a disability I cannot find a lawyer through the law society of upper Canada lawyer referral who is not afraid to go against the hand that feeds them, meaning the Attorney Generals. If you are a person with a disaibility you have to be represented by a lawyer, up until 2004 even though Canada ratified the Treaty on civil and human rigfhts they denied and discriminated against people that were dibilitatated because Canada denied the right to civil litigation and access to the court. In fact discriminating between the rich and the poor which infringes on The American Rights of Man
Elininating abuse against women
Charter of Rights and Freedoms and the Constitution Act of Canada
Social and Economic Rights
Universal Declaration on Civil and Human Rights
Also the Vienna convention on the Rule of Treatie obligations.

My rights and my childrens rights have all been extensively violated and I cannot find a laweyr with morals for human kind in an effort to bring me peace of mind. Hence the reason I am suffering with Posttraumatic stress and have been for 23 years, I am stonewalled from justice by Canada and my MPP refuses to look at past issues however, dealing with a British women in Canada and as My case is a charter of rights case section 24 (1) where they know I can put the judicial system and the government in total disrepute of the law...... They are refusing to help, however, they brought everyone of my issues through parliament over the last nine years.

I wonder whether IPEACE can find me the Justice I need to obtain peace in my life and enjoy what is left to spend with my children in a happy environment rather than abuse.
