i hope everything is ok with you and your life and send you one of my last poems. I wrote it about ten days ago.

ESCONDIDA



Dejadme;
Dejadme en mis silencios escondida,
Dejadme en el misterio de mis noches y mis días,
En los surcos que trazan las carretas,
En los caminos absortos de la vida…

Dejadme
En los huracanados vientos del Norte,
En la tibieza y el calor de esta estación sin nombre.
Dejadme en los pliegues de las montañas
Que solo visitan las águilas….

Dejadme;
Dejadme en la vitrina de un escaparate cualquiera,
Cual maniquí que sólo luce traje por llevar.
Que nadie se aperciba de mi sombra,
De mi color, de mis ideas, de mi ciudad…

Dejadme
Como una momia de Egipto sepultada,
Dejadme con mil nombres y ninguno
Para no ser nombrada en un espacio
Donde no habite lo impoluto y lo sagrado…
