I work with profoundly disabled adults. Only one of the twelve persons I work with can speak. And, that person speaks very little. But, recently, he pointed to me and said, "Big Kitty." Everyone working, at the time, was amazed that he would, out of the blue, make that statement. But, perhaps, sometimes, someone needs a Big Kitty.
