i read your words and it's make my sad.there is enough in this word to every one.every one have the the rights to freedom, to peace,to live in the full meaning of it.i can't understad why there is so much hate and violace in the word.but i belive we have to be optimistic.and wuth fait that we can change the situation.

I can only tell you that the only thing that can help you is to try and have peace within yourself, which is contradictory with your surrounding world, and besides, it is easy to talk from my position in peace. But if your spirit is in peace, you'll breath deeper and better and you'll be able to help yourself and others. I wish you the best, all the peace, harmony and love that you need and can imagine. Be strong and go on, there's life beyond the dark clouds, one day you'll be there.

There is incredible peace in nature. I feel that Mother Earth knows that all will work out for the best, even though Her survival seems beyond what is physically possible. I love to take off my shoes and feel her energy. There are no rivers here, so I imagine the cool clean water I love cleansing my soul & healing my body. In the past I created war in my thoughts even though I was in a very peaceful place. What we can do in spirit goes way beyond the flesh. Your spirit can be at peace wherever you are & I feel that imagining peace may be the greatest thing we can do to create it in the world.
I hear that when 2 people meditate together they can feel each others presence. I would love to do this with you. Perhaps you will feel the beauty & the peace of the lovely island where I live.
Mahran; what there is out side is a reflect of the outside.
We, all of us; one by one, create the state of horror and seffering that there is in the worl. What can we do? I believe that we can try in a serious way to change ourselves and if so, if we get it, we will collaborate to make this world better.

This has been a truly joyous Christmas for me. God gave me the opportunity of sharing my home this Christmas, with a young family from England, that have just immigrated to Canada. They arrived the middle of October and wound up in my real estate office, inquiring about homes for sale or for rent. I managed to find a house for them to rent, however this would not be available to them for another six weeks.
They were staying in a hotel and on the Friday I had asked them to meet me in my home. They arrived with their three children, ages 6-10 and also with the family dog. I told them that I could not find them interim accommodation for six weeks until the house would be available to them and so they would be welcome to stay in my home until then.
They were astonished that I would welcome them into my home, after only having met them three days earlier. I inquired as to when they had to be out of the hotel room and their response was that they actually had not booked beyond the Thursday and being a weekend in the mountains everything else was full and that they had their suitcases with them. They moved in with me that evening.
To make a long story short, we all fell in love with each other and decided to spend Christmas and the winter together. I have found him work now and they will have the winter to get settled.
Peace and Good Will start with one person at a time and I have been blessed to give to five plus the dog this Christmas. I wish all of you and your families a wonderful holiday season and may you all find what I have found this Christmas.......someone to give your heart to.
