wa aleykum a'asalam Sabriyah;
Welcome to iPeace! I'm still 'new' here myself. I spend most of my time blogging lately. The situation in Gaza has me so upset and sad.
I long to leave the US. InshaAllah it will be soon. I'm not going to the ME though but to Morocco, inshaAllah. It is interesting to see how many of us leave here for better lives elsewhere yet others are risking their lives to come here. I tell them it's not easy here and yes we have some things better but the bigotry is difficult to overcome and it flows into so many aspects of life it makes things difficult for not only Muslims for for anyone viewed as "foreign". Americans forget we're ALL 'from' somewhere else. Only 100% native Americans are truly natives.
What is life like in the UAE? I have heard it's beautiful there.
