I have put aside the whole month of January in New Zealand where I live to begin. today is New Year. I see the need for clarity as the number one issue and also to quiet the mind. Yesterday my Sufi group got together in the early morning and broke up about 4 pm. We prayed and chanted and danced. What if we were able to do this every day.

I'M so glad to have met u ,,coz i truly belive in fasting ,n how it helps us to clean our mind ,body n soul of all the toxins within us ,,in form of jealousy ,narrow mindedness ,,hatred and intolerance ,,,
