Thank you, Stephanie, for your wonderful words. Yes, we must realize that there are more than one way of looking at things. Also, I believe that we can create a win-win solution to many problems if we look at the problem from "the other angla" too!
Thanks for wanting to help the shy ones open up. We have alot to say as well. thank you for teaching your daughters about respect and love, exposed to early will help them in life later on. Thank you for your spirit! Regina

I am positive that each of us because of that awareness can spread over our human ideas.
I wish you the best. Jean Luc

I read your comment on skylark's page. There are so many interesting people on iPeace. Don't you think that it's a good idea to share? Yours, by the way, is up next :)
Thank you for your reply. I understand your question about being old-fashioned. I think your idea to create a discussion about overcoming our apprehension to share love would be great.
I have learned that it is my only job, ultimately, to share love. The kind of love is not what we think of in our human way, it is more like how the planet embraces and shares its abundance with us to live and be, or how the sun gives us life without asking anything in return. To learn a little more about my perspective, you may want to read my blog here called the Love Comprehension Experience.
Also, one of my favorite songs speaks of what I have learned to be a great truth - here are those lyrics.
You may live alone and close your eyes
Some folks do
You may dream a dream that's twice your size
All night through
When the morning comes who's to tell your dreams to
Only you
Chorus:
Only love, love only, only love
Will do
Only love, love only, only love
Comes true
Nothing else, you see, there nothing else
Only love, only love
I have known a love within my heart
One or two
Where one love would end and one would start
I never knew
If love should come your way you'll learn to say
I love you I love you
You asked what I mean when I say "happiness comes out of relationships and mutual benefit." What I mean is, as long as we experience "reality" from the perspective of self, and phenomena, it is about relationships, between people, relationships with animals and the environment, countries and governments, ideas, even relationships within the body. So there is no real happiness that does not involve relationships. So that's just the beginning.
And everyone notices this, more or less, I think. There's this strange feedback loop, where, when we do something that benefits others, it feels good to us, and tends to actually benefit us in measurable ways, in the long run.
There is this tension between competition and cooperation, but sometimes the power of cooperation gets overlooked. As some people have suggested, the theory of natural selection isn't simply a competitive scenario. Altruism, community building, skills in those areas have benefit to the individual too. Phenomenal reality is built this way.
I know this isn't a personal example, but maybe a general comment is good for a start.
