Thanks for the wonderful welcome. Peace is an attitude and a process each HUman needs to go through. We cannot heal ourselves without taking a serious look at what we feel is againstness. One of the greatest principles I am learning is that we can ride motions like surfers do...All energy is delivered in the form of wave patterns...and sometimes these waves can get a little rough....This is when Miss. You're so funny! I'll bet your dad was apoplectic about the hippy thing. My dad was in the army, too. I am a dentist with a restless spirit. I couldn't imagine spending the rest of my life going between two or three rooms in one building. I thought the military would be more interesting. It was. I was medically boarded out after 10 years kicking and screaming, but I never had to go through what you did in your time. Also, I was a healer. It was a different. Now I, too, have my health issues, and I spend most of my time in political activism with a special interest in military issues. I have been fighting since 1992 for the return of our free medical care for life as promised us. I watched Tricare for Life being voted on on C-Span. I'm still engaged heavily in issues like concurrent receipt and helping our wounded warriors get their just due from the VA. They shouldn't have to beg, should they? It sounds like you have progressed past this point in your development. I'm still in there fighting, but someone has to do it to change the world, right? I also do other issues, but this one is closest to my heart. I live so close to Ft. Sam that I can hear the kids in formation if the wind is right, and I hear the gun salutes at the cemetery all the time. I see our guys and girls all around here bearing the wounds of war and know many who have the internal ones that will never heal. Then, there are those victims in the countries of war like Iraq, innocents whose lives have been broken and loved ones taken away. I grieve for them, too, and fight for peace across the world in any way I can. That's what I am doing here. I'm glad I met you. I wish I knew how you did all those cute pictures. Love ya, Angela
