I’ve been gone for the last couple of weeks spreading light and love through lecturing, the radio show and the video-editing studio.
Just wanted to re-connect and say hi! Although I’ve been gone and not communicating, that in no way diminishes my appreciation of who you are and what you are doing to promote and sustain peace amongst all of us here and everyone within your world.
As with all my friends here, each day I go through my friends list pictures and send each of them, including you, all the love and light I can muster from here. I will continue to do so for as long as it takes for all humankind to experience the Peace we all cherish.
So with that said, I hope you have a wonderful day.
That is my 3 year old granddaughter holding my new grandson Elijah when he was born, she said she would love him forever:) I don't think she realizes her new doll will grow up into a little brother:)
How I wish I could be young again!:) Everyday above earth is a great day though!
Good Health, Love & Happiness.
You are blessed
Ken
My late step-daughter's words to a friend of hers who was training to be a church minister...he had witnessed an accident in which a child had been killed and was he doubting God...Helen said...and this still brings tears to my eyes.. "In any tragedy; this is never God's will.
And the first heart to break is always God's,
And the first tear to be shed is always His."

Blessings friend,
Fear less, hope more, eat less, chew more, whine less, breathe more, talk less, say more, love more, and all good things will be yours.

Learning to listen to your heart instead of just your head can can be difficult, but there is the connection to your higher self. You will be more in tune with the universe when you connect through your heart.

My boss left the image behind just before he died last year. I realized as I turned his whiteboard image into the digital version that the Mandala depicts the character of all of my work with regional empowerment. I didn't know it was called a Mandala until someone told me the term in Colombia S.A. about 4 months ago. I was just calling it a flower, or nuclear reaction, or life. When I learned the term Mandala it brought me full circle to Carl Jung. About 4 years ago I woke early one morning with the term "logical synchronicity" in my mind. That set me on studies into Carl's work. He coined the term syncronicity. More recently I read his autobiography where he described in some detail his obsession with the Mandala.
I have found the metaphor works at the core of life.
With great Love,
Andy

This is actually a picture of my first kayaking experience on the Big River near Mendocino, CA about 4 years ago. This is the mouth of the river and the tide pushes upriver about 4 miles so there is a mix of ocean and river flora and fauna - amazing.
Since then I've rented kayaks several times in Northern and Southern CA. So peaceful.

As a Peace worker I struggle with the concepts
of what it is we do, what it is we represent
and how we go about our business.
But I have found some things are set in stone,
I have found the end does not justify the means
the means must always be compatible with the end.
If we want peace we must seek peaceful ways to it.
There is no room within my heart for revenge, fire or hate.
I have found that I do not permit others to commit violence on my behalf,
I am indeed prepared to die for others and for the cause of peace
but I will never ever find a cause for which I can kill.
I have found love in places they said there was none
because I went offering only friendship and myself,
and I have found rejection in the very places I expected love,
among those that said they stood for love but didn't.
I have found comfort from strangers that I didn't know,
who are moved by simple acts of forgiveness and love
when they might have expected an anger I never showed
for deeds done by those blinded by their own anger.
I have found a world ready for our message of Peace
hungry for human compassion, respect and caring;
a world ready for the change that is coming with us
and all because I refuse to hate those that hate me.

Only when this inner still
descends upon my soul
can I hear the world weep
