It is imperative that we fast and ask for the relief of suffering around the world. What affects one affects all!!!!! Hi Ana Paula, what a nice surprise to find your mail!!! What do your friend call you Ana or Paula, or? Now Im spending my christmas time in the north with snow and too much cold (-3º c) and soon I get back to Madrid to continue working and studying my masters. What about your phd? What is the subject of your speciality? What do you want to do after finish it? Professor in the University? Im very jealous of you about Australia (my soul twin is there) and though Ive never been there I really love that country and people from there. Where are you? I have some friends from Australia, New Zeeland and Vanuatu island, some mates of Stanford and Harvard, And its possible maybe next year I will travel around, If I do before October I promisse to visit you!! and if you come to Europe let me know as well!! My next travels are in January to UAE AbuDhabi and Dubai for 10 days, and February 3 weeks between Miami, Washington and Seatle. Well I just can wish for you sun, stars, moon, Light, love, peace, serenity, balance (not too much ...haha) and you continue being as you are!!! **** Blessings and lot of presents for you !!!!!

Me and Alice (my wonderwife ;-) were today with my brother and my real mother. It was good and trueful. Tomorrow we're going to my stepma and I see my stepbrothers and there new girlfriends and a new baby, too.
From 28.12. until 1.1.09 we're with my old friend. He's leading a seminar of meditation and I'm so lucky to become quiet again, just sitting and breathing and beeing aware... uuuuh 15 years ago, after my drug-therapie, I met him and spontaniously I went to him to meditate. After that first time Itried 5 years to become quiet by meditating and then I read "the power of now" and - it works! This book made me the first time since beeing a baby quiet and calm again! And then I lost it... I told you last time. But in these days I`m getting more and more close to it again and in the coming seminar on new years eve I will manifest it so deep inside that I never loose it again! Thats the plan and I know, I#ll make it because I know I can. We are this silence aware beeings................. you know what I'm talking about.
So, I send you my best wishes and my soul-love to you sister.... and I know, this is one conciousness all over the universe, so we're one right now ;-) Jan
