hi maria how much time we spend everyday talking, breathing, walking, reading, eating, wasting time, making love, drinking coffee or tea, i think this is our time almost tat all what we do, BUT how many minutes do we take to tell the whole world that there is Palestine is still under israel occupation and it should be free soon, how many minutes do we use of the 24 hours to tell BUSH that he is lier, killer, criminal and he should be send to the criminal court with his gang. I am sure only us the people who suffer from him and israel do that.

You are perfectly right, when you elaborate above that FEAR (of Trust?) is one of the major issues for distortions of all kinds in this modern world. Fear is mainly borne out of the modern (globally observed) pseudo-social decorums life. We are "stuck" in some sort of unexplainable socio-darwinistic, alpha-animal and respectless-uncouth behaviour. A mode of conduct which we think to be apt in sustaining our right to exist in our daily struggle for subsistence. Though this is no more than just a self-preserving vicious circle.
It is our head-on rational (yet emotionally subliminal) fight against the odds of the globalized "system", resulting in a continuous struggle for trying to be just "strong and steadfast" in order to outlast the subtle repudiations by other "bossy" and "bully" egocentric, if not narcisstic, daily-status-stage-peers. People often equipped with a head-on back-seat-driver mentality on top.
Hence, I am delighted that you have found your sanctuary and save haven in your marriage with your higher SELF, proving a great portion of wisdom and "distance"....
May LOVE, TRUST and GRACE prevail....

Je pense que la paix n'est pas le contraire de la guerre, mais plutôt ce qui découle naturellement de la conscience juste, de la vision juste. Malheureusement quand la violence est en marche, avec armes, corruption, arrogance et stupidité, il faut être plus intelligent. Dans le passé, il y avait l'espace, et la possibilité d'aller ailleurs, de nos jours le monde se rétrécit.
Nous sommes condamnés à devenir intelligents... et à déminer le terrain par des gestes du quotidien mais aussi par la connaissance des lois élémentaires de la psychologie, individuelle ou sociale.
L'accès au Soi, ou à ton higher self, comme tu dis, ne se peut que dans le mouvement de la Vie, et à condition de ne pas être illusionné par ses manques. Or toute notre planète a le manque comme moteur!
J'ai découvert récemment un écrivain du nom de Philippe Derudder, francophone, (sur google). à découvrir.
