Now, I didn't see any instructions there, but, from what little I was able to figure out, you may want to go to the Chat portion of your page by clicking on the My iPeace portion of the menu at the top of your page, and then click on the Chat function given in the lower part of the drop-down menu that follows.

Once you're at that page, you should see, on its central right-hand side, a list of which of your iPeace friends is currently on-line.

Now, I've not tried this, but am willing to guess that you could start chatting by clicking on the icon of whichever iPeace friend is currently listed as being on-line.

Could be wrong about that, however.
