I just have a one eyed cat now, she got cancer in the other one about 6 years ago. I used to tell the kids kittens are cute but they grow up to be cats but must say they are cute and fun as they play away. May take your mind off smoking! Have fought with it all my life and still indulge with one or two a day, one of life's few pleasures!! Have too much Co2 in my lungs so they can't give me oxygen anymore, found that out about 1-1/2 yrs ago with a 20 day hospital stay....got a vegetable Pea lodged in my right lung!
Family lives far away so with the winter conditions it is not possible, so will spend xmas with my cat:)

Snow is nice and peaceful, just a bit inconvenient when a person has a handicap in life as I can't breathe in the cold air, can't breathe at the best of times but the cold does me in!! Thanks for your prayers! You are a living Angel!

Thanks for the compliments on my family, I am very proud of them all like all parents, the only problem they live tooooo far away but hopefully that will change this spring or once this snow and cold weather are gone. I live in Nanaimo, on Vancouver Island, 70 miles north of Victoria. Here is a photo of what it looked like outside yesterday, there was about another 5 or more inches last night so my Van totally disappeared from view this morning. Will include a few pictures from Nanaimo also!
My health will only get worse but I live alone and keep struggling along, have a fear of dying or a will to live....haven't figured it out yet:)
