You rightly mention "we-consciousness"....

I call it the change of perspective from our "egocentric" driven "ME-Myself-and-I" attitude towards a meaningful "WE-myself-and-WHY-(not)" sharing of global wisdom.....
What if more people would realize that our souls need to soar high for a vaster global (mountainous) perspective beyond our own noses.....
Instead of our brains remaining hog-tied to the narrowminded vales of daily ego-subsistence, resulting rather in individually con-operative than co-operative behaviour...
Let's go for more wePeace..... ;-))
