You may well be aware that I have recently launched Conscious Women with a collective of very inspiring and powerful women. Together we have many years of experience, expertise and wisdom and wish to share this with you at the upcoming Conscious Women weekend at the beautiful Mana Retreat Centre on the Coromandel. We have chosen this particular venue to appeal to women who love to retreat from the big city taking time out to nurture their souls.
This weekend promises to be something quite unique with 11 incredibly conscious and dynamic female leaders in their field taking you through a journey of inner and outer transformation. You will learn how to manifest through the art of the Law of Attraction, work with whatever obstructs you from truly living consciously, be inspired to create beautifully healthy and conscious meals for your body, learn how to take care of your skin with conscious products and dance with the 5 Rhythms.

Your day will begin with morning yoga and a healthy organic breakfast made with loving hands, you will have time to take in the beauty of the land taking walks up the mountain to the Tara Sanctuary where you will enjoy the most breathtaking views of the entire Coromandel. You will have time for a massage or enjoy the benefits of Watsu (an Integral Water Therapy), read a good book and connect with like minded women or even have a sleep in... how often does that happen?!

I personally spent many years doing and not being, going day by day, being the corporate worker, the partner, the mother, the caretaker and many more roles and now understand the importance of retreating myself to relax, rejuvenate and give back to me.

To register pay $100 deposit per person by Visa/Mastercard at our on-line secure website or by direct credit to bank account 02-0304-0312089-000 or mail a cheque. Cancellation: 10 days or more prior to the course, the deposit is fully transferable to another event (within 12 months), or refunded less $30. Less than 10 days forfeits deposit.
