2010 is about initiation, the action of taking initiative. We hear a lot of talk about a ‘shift’, a tipping point, defying gravity. There is a change, under way that is affecting every aspect of our reality. It is so far out that our imagination cannot begin to grasp it. And, we are right in the middle of it.

It’s affecting every aspect of life on the planet; political, social and the economy. Our natural world and every institution in it is experiencing upheaval as never before. Including, how we view our relationships, our work, every thought we think and every feeling we feel.

Each Rita’s Room is a mini-workshop designed to lift us through this transition with ease. Each week’s focus is congruent with an element and a body;

earth/physical
air/mental
water/emotional
fire/spiritual.

Together we speak; 4 affirmations, 3 times, embracing the 4 directions and the trinity of wholeness; mind, body and spirit, we breath in and out - that we are enough
and we meditate - The meditation guides us to our safe place and we meet with our inner guidance. We, together with our inner family of guides and friends and all aspects of our archetypal selves; child, adolescent, Higher Self, Soul, Shadow and Future Self, consciously co-create. What a wonderful place to be, working together, building a foundation of integrity and authorship.
