We hear a lot of talk about a 'shift', a tipping point, defying gravity. There is a change under way that is affecting every aspect of our reality, that is so far out that our imagination cannot begin to grasp it. And, we are right in the middle of it.

It's affecting every aspect of life on the planet; politically,
socially and economically. Our natural world and every institution in it is experiencing upheaval as never before. Including, how we view our relationships, our work, every thought we think and every feeling we feel.

The "Unconscious Mind" a mini-workshop designed to lift us through this transition with ease. Each week's focus is congruent with an element and a body. This is the most exciting time to be alive on this planet, and it's time to reclaim that power.
