Spamming

Hallo,
I don't know if this is the place to ask this (I'm new to the site), but it's a start and I will ask:
I have committed not to spam and desire to be true to that commitment. So my question is: I would like to recommend an excellent genuine organization that helps people to come to terms with "Love Intimacy Sexuality" issues but am not sure whether by doing so I would be spamming. Can I be enlightened with authority? (I feel that one of the benefits of the experience I want to recommend is that it helps to remove the "war of the sexes", and I consider that an element of Peace and therefore relevant to our quest.)
