2Change or afraid to make change , or is it our only fears we don't see

Change. people are afraid to change afraid to make a difference. cause they feel there is nothing to change. others are blinded of there old ways. Change what scares people cause it is fear
that they afraid of ... Changes of life style or changes of their environments .

Can others add what might fear other people not to change.

There is a wide recognition of 4 personality types. One of them is what is found mostly on ipeace - they are visionaries, leaders, changers - they are passionate people who work to make things better.

A second one are the philosophers, thinkers, scientists. They do not make change themselves, but they give they knowledge that can guide those who are working for change.

A third are artists, lovers, expressive joyous people. They do not lead, but they follow, and they spread the word in a grand way that could never be achieved by the visionaries themselves.

And the fourth are conservative, family people. They are scared of change. They like things to go along smoothly, slowly growing and everything predictable. It is they who keep society running while we have grand visions. It is their solidity that allows us the flexibility to move onwards into the future.

Do not expect everyone to make the changes. Each person has their role to play. Let us unite the visionaries - those who do want change - everyone else will follow.
