Happiness

i think if people were happy there'd be peace because no one would be upset and want to fight

what is happiness?? elaborate happiness. People find happiness in many forms which is unhappiness for others... so how would u draw the lines of happiness? I'm very optimistic that u could explain it better.... I like this discussion of yours, much appreciated.

how can people find that happiness? very important work, and very difficult, i think. It involves spirituality, and relationships, and beauty, and working life and much more i think.

Perhaps inner peace is happiness?
