- So what is it?
- Self-esteem is a huge issue, much affected by environment, health, financial status and educational opportunities. A healer can not heal others when they feel sick. Repairing self-esteems will be essential to inspiring hope and courage in people. There cannot be peace without hope and courage.
- What must we overcome to achieve peace?
- Fear

- In my very humble opinion all other options on this list, including greed, are really just subcategories of fear. We humans are so often conditioned to doubt ourselves. We live in a culture of pessimism and are discouraged from asking questions. As a species, if we wish to continue, we must re-learn the ways of courage, compassion and how to become more receptive to hope. We must collectively realize that wealth is not the only measure of success and that the quickest, easiest solutions are not always the best. We must learn to celebrate and tolerate our differences instead of allowing fear to turn every unique quality into a reason for despair and hatred. We must demand better from ourselves first and then from others. We must quietly overcome every excuse and obstacle that fear invokes if we are to restore humanity to a state of grace. I know, it is simpler said than done.

- More about me
- Just another peaceful person, looking to bring more positive energy into the world. Even if all I do is on a small scale, even if I never profit from it... Our planet needs some healing and I'll do my best to contribute. We start with the little things in our own social networks... Free hugs and a reason to laugh, a friend to talk to, a garden planted, energy conserved, donations to charity and trash recycled. It will take some patience but I believe that as long as we set good examples, it will catch on and spread.

News: Wars and rumors of Wars around the world, Palestinians and Jews are being murdered, Poverty, Environment dying, Fla. woman likely jumped overboard (suicide), In Phila. 6 dead and 3 wounded (violence), Cheyenee, Wyo earthquakes 3 days straight, China border 3 tremors Dec. 27th and In May 80,000 people killed from earthquakes and more. It is imperative that we fast and ask for the relief of suffering around the world. What affects one affects all!!!!! If need advice on how to fast, please ask at anytime-we have a teacher to teach us.
