Our experiences from birth may have made us. Working together to heal some painful past, may change the pattern so the next generation will not inherit them but will teach them to share love and peace to everyone.

More about me: I am an Avon Sales Leader since October 2005. I am currently an Executive Unit Manager and have more than 500 in my team, 15 of whom are Sales Leaders themselves plus new Sales leader candidates and sales representatives joining our team, our team keeps growing. I work at day time and sort of an irregular student at night learning by self study over the internet or joining different educational & motivational organizations. Seemingly, a mother to my team - - Avon sales representatives & sales leaders - - a treasured opportunity indeed.

Being a Sales Leader gives me the flexibility to earn a decent income, while being able to be totally flexible as to when I work. If school work demands me to stay at home or a family member is sick, I have the peace of mind to know that I am able to stay at home, and re-arrange my work to another day. With this job, YOU CHOOSE how much and how often you work!

I know that any Sales Leader joining our team will be fully supported, we are a small friendly team who help each other. We are there to give full training and support.
