When it comes to peace, how would you describe yourself?: I feel the pain in the world

What do you believe are the 'burning issues' today?: War, Hunger, Poverty, Education, Our Planet, Violence, Human Rights, Other

So what is it?: ignorance is a big issue, because of ignorance people just don't believe in changes, people don't help because they think it isn't worth it, people discriminate...al because of ignorance...buddhism says that ignorance is the cause of all the problem that affect us as human beings...I think they're right.

What must we overcome to achieve peace?: Prejudice

More: like i said before, it's all because of ignorance...people on the street are being discriminated instead of being helped, people in africa are being discriminated because they're black, gay people are being "bulled" at school and even at tehir jobs...people suffering in a country that is in war are also discriminated, becase occidental people tend to think that war is their way to salvation...they're helping the wrong way or not helping at all.

Can we change the world?: Definitely

More about me: I'm a respectful 16 year old girl, i'm from latin america but i'm pretty well informed about what happens in he world, and I can communicate in english better than other people my age who live in my zone, so feel free to talk me into projects and stuff...and I DO believe that the world can be saved. we have just started a new era. it's not about god, it's about believing in OUR inner god and making it work.

This isn't what I was expecting. i have little friends, I heve just joined this space and all of the people who visited my profile gave me very beautiful wishes, without even knowing me. I't´s nice to see a site that actually works on what it promotes...thank you all for your blessings. I wish the same to all of you from the bottom of the broken little object I call heart.
