Tying another Knot

An old friend of mine, Pomo Woman, taught me that we become overwhelmed with life'sopportunities, that we can pretend like we are a rope and tie yet another knot to hang on. I love that saying because we can forget to take that breath we need to keep ourselves balancing on the center beam. Life calls us all and yet we find our commitment to make a peaceful reality for the planet as priority.

Loving

It seems easy to love God, until you realize that in loving God, you must love everything, including the neighbors. The neighbors may irritate and upset you, and that irritation closes the door to your own inner paradise.

When you love both your neighbor and your irritation, that door opens once again.
