As a sufferer of depression and being generally very sensitive to the moods and troubles around me, finding this site, thank you must go to Gorden Millar for introducing it to me through Facebook, (thank you so much Gordon)...

It can be so overwhelming sometimes when one is sensitive to the troubles of the world which seem so constant and never ending.
